Things people take for granted: having someone lay their head upon your chest, sharing Chinese food and long warm conversations, being playful and silly for no reason -except that you are so comfortable being yourself in their presence; sharing spiritual moments and talking about the depths and layers of Poppa God, glances from across the room that say everything without saying anything, the scent of their neck that makes you feel like you're home and you never want to leave, having someone who believes in you and calls out your "greatness" -even when you don't feel great yourself; someone who values intimate worship time...barefoot, raw, and real... with no one to impress but the heart of God, calling each other "baby" and other cheesy words of endearment -and they mean the world because you are their world. ~ Jenny Williams, Ruby Wives Copyright 2013
